SHIPPING METHOD:
The goods will be sent by:
Registered mail
The receipt is guaranteed with the signature of the addressee or an authorized person. A postal tracking is available though Correos web page. The goods delivery is aproximately 7-10 days for Spain and 7-15 days for the rest of Europe
RETURNS:
1.1. Faulty goods
If the goods arrive faulty the customer should get in touch with MURANOCO.COM in order to solve the problem through the email: info@muranoco.com.
The customer then will have to send back the email ?order confirmation? he received from Muranoco when he placed the order (number and date of the order) with an explanation telling why he is returning the goods and show a photo of the faulty item so Muranoco can check the fault or damage.
If Muranoco concludes that the goods have to be replaced, then the customer will be sent the same product free of charge. If the article is not available in our stock, in that case the customer will be informed and offered the possibility to replace it by another item of the same value.
1.2. Changes
If there is an error in the sending of goods due to Muranoco.com, the customer would receive the ordered goods with no additional cost, but previously he has to send the wrong goods back to Muranoco.com and the expenses will be met by us. In order that the return could be made, the product as well as the packaging must be in perfect conditions and with the complete original contents
CANCELLATIONS::
The customer will be able to cancel his order at any moment provided that the order not to be sent from MURANOCO. To cancel an order the customer just has to send an email to info@muranoco.com asking for the cancellation of his order and telling the order number. This email must be sent from the same email account used by the customer when he registered in our web. Please take note that MURANOCO.COM very often processes the orders a short time after it receives the payment, so if you wish to cancel it and it is being ?processed?, please read carefully the return conditions.
MURANOCO.COM assumes that the customer has read the product description in our WEB and that he understands what he is ordering before placing the order. The postage -in case of returns or products finally not wished- will be met by the customer.
